Flight Pass Rules
Flight Pass Option ("FPo") Terms and Conditions ("FPo Terms")
When you buy a Flight Pass Option (FPo) to travel on a flight, you enter into a contract with Egypt Air. Your ticketed booking is governed by Egypt Air's General Conditions of Carriage, the conditions in your ticket or itinerary and receipt, any tariffs which apply, and our regulations.
The FPo Service is administered by Optiontown Ireland Limited, an Ireland limited liability company, having its registered address at Mespil Business Center, Mespil House, Sussex Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, along with Optiontown, Inc., a Massachusetts Incorporation with its mailing address as PO Box 42 East Walpole, MA 02032, USA (both jointly referred to as "Optiontown" or "OT") on behalf of Egypt Air. Please note that these FPo Terms, together with the Optiontown Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between You, Optiontown and Egypt Air. In the event of any contradiction between the Optiontown Terms of Service and these FPo Terms, these FPo Terms shall prevail.

DEFINITIONS

"Advance Booking" refers to the minimum number of days before your Journey You can make a request to Optiontown for your flight booking.
"Cabin" refers to the travel class, e.g. Economy Class or Business Class.
"Customer" refers to one or more persons that travel on Egypt Air and who have signed for one or more of the OT Services.
"Passenger(s)" refers to the total number of distinct passengers who can take the advantage of FPo to book Flights and fly. Choose more passengers in order to provide Flight Pass accessibility to more people.
"Flight" or "Flights" refers to the regular flights operated by Egypt Air and excludes charter flights.
"Number of Flights" refers to the number of Flights you can take between selected destinations. Each Flight (or 1 flight credit) refers to a single one way flight for one passenger. You need to use 2 Flights to book a round trip booking for one passenger. Currently, you can ONLY book round trip flights under Flight Pass.
"Flight Pass" or "Flight Pass Option" or "FPo" refers to the pass provided by Optiontown under the FPo Service to its Customers which makes them eligible to book Flights falling under criteria mentioned in these FPo terms.
"FPo Service" refers to Flight Pass, the service being facilitated by Optiontown on behalf of Egypt Air.
"Journey" refers to a segment of Flights that may have more than one Flight (like a segment may have both outbound and return Flights or may have connecting Flights).
"Optiontown" refers to the brand name and "www.optiontown.com" refers to the domain name and website of OT.
"OT Services" comprises of the various services offered by OT, wherein each such service is in general referred to as "OT Service". Flight Pass Service or Flight Pass or FPo Service or FPo is the OT Service being offered to Egypt Air's Customers.
"Travel Period" or "Validity" refers to the time period, whereby You can fly on flights departing during said time period by booking a flight with your Flight Pass.
"Travel Date Restrictions" or "Blackout Dates" refers to travel dates for which You cannot book a flight with your Flight Pass. Travel Date Restrictions apply only during Haj Travel on flights to/from between Cairo and Jeddah.
"You" refers to a Guest/Visitor, Customer, Member and/or any combination thereof.
"Travel Zone" or "Zone" refers to Destination pairs (cities/countries) for which Flight Pass is valid.

CONDITIONS
1.Purchase of FPo and subsequent exchange of FPo for ticketed bookings can only be done through the Optiontown website or through egyptair.optiontown.com. You will NOT be able to make changes to your FPo, or any flights booked using your FPo, through egyptair.com, Egypt Air call centres or ticket desks.
2.Upon completing your FPo purchase, you:
a.Get the right to book and fly on 'X' one way flights, departing during the 'Travel Period', for the routes included in the 'Travel Zone' of the Flight Pass. (Where X= Number of Flights you have chosen while purchasing the Flight Pass). Flights can be booked up to 1 year in advance of the departure date.
b.Round Trip Only - Agree that only round trip bookings can be made under Flight Pass and it will consume 2 Flights at a time per passenger. You can use your Flight Pass to only book round trip bookings for all destinations within your selected travel zone as will be listed in the departure and arrival airports in your FPo. This includes both non-stop flights and flights with 1 or more stops/connections;
c.Can add new passengers up to the maximum limit of Passengers, at the time of purchasing the Flight Pass only. After the pass purchase, addition of passengers can be done with a nominal fee, subject to the maximum limit of Passengers in your Flight Pass;
d.Can NOT edit the NAMEs and DATEs OF BIRTH of the added passengers, later on.
e.Can add Special Service Requests (SSRs) to your flight, such as for special meals, seats and disability assistance, at egyptair.com, subject to prevailing Egypt Air's terms and conditions regarding the same;
f.Will receive all standard services and amenities (like baggage etc.) associated with your selected cabin in your designated flight which may be subject to change as per normal Egypt Air's operating procedures.
3.Manage My Pass (for changes to Flight Pass after purchase)
a.You can change any one or more of the following Flight Pass parameters as given below, Increase Number of Flights, Extend Travel Period, Reduce Advance Booking, Increase Number of Passengers, upgrade to Open Travel Dates etc.
b.The allowed changes to Flight Pass can be done after paying the applicable fees and fare difference (if applicable) through Flight Pass website only.
c.Changes apply to all remaining unused flights in your Flight Pass. It is not possible to change a portion of the flights in your Flight Pass.
d.Changes can be done via the Manage My Pass section after login to your Flight Pass account.
4.Manage My Booking (for changes to Flight Booking)
a.Once a FPo has been exchanged for a ticketed Flight booking, Bookings are NON-Changeable, except customers are allowed to change the time and date of travel to ticketed destination, subject to availability and the original FPo parameters and subject to paying the applicable fees and fare difference as given below:

b.**In addition to the flight change fee, the applicable fare difference per person per flight will be charged for a flight change that requires a new flight departing OUTSIDE the Advance Booking limit of the purchased flight pass.
c.No-Show - If you are a No-Show for your flight, the following fees will be will be applied to reinstate your flight credit to your Flight Pass:
75% of price paid per flight per passenger if you are within the Flight pass advance booking limit.
175% of the price paid per flight per passenger if you are outside the Flight Pass advance booking limit.
Ticket is non-refunable and in case of No Show, if you don't addback your credit, you will lose the complete value of the amount paid for that flight.
d.The Flight Changes can be done online by logging to your Flight Pass account on egyptair.optiontown.com.
e.If a flight change requires a new flight departing WITHIN the Advance Booking limit of the purchased flight pass, then only the change fees as mentioned above will be charged, as applicable.
f.Rerouting of the already issued ticket under Flight Pass is not permitted.
g.Change of Passengers on the already issued tickets under Flight Pass is not permitted.
h.Flight Cancel must be done at least 1 day prior to the original flight departure date.
i.No-Show flight credit reinstatement must be requested on later than 7 days after flight departure.
j.To cancel your flight or in case of No-Show, contact Optiontown online on the website and submit your request via Contact Us section.
5.You agree and understand that the real time price may be lower or higher than the regular price displayed, hence the savings may be more or less than the displayed amount. You agree and confirm unconditionally that you have taken the informed decision with the clear understanding and knowledge of the above. You irrevocably and unconditionally agree that you will not hold Optiontown and/or Egypt Air responsible in any manner whatsoever for any difference in regular prices and/or savings displayed and you cannot cancel the FPo due to this.
6.FPo price includes the base fare, taxes and fees for all the Flights purchased, excluding any surcharge that may be levied if you pay by credit card. Service fees may apply for changes to your Flight Pass or for changes to your bookings. However, in the event, the government and third party taxes and fees change between the time of Flight Pass purchase and the time of actual flight booking, then in that case, there may be additional taxes to be paid at the time of flight booking or at the airport before departure subject to operating procedures.
7.You agree that Optiontown may add service fees either embedded in the fare and/or separately in addition to the base fare, and said Optiontown fees are non-refundable once the flight pass is purchased.
8.FPo prices may vary across different Customers whether booked on the same Flight and having the same parameters.
9.If You wish to add any special service requests (meals, baggage, seats, special requests like wheel chair or others), You will need to contact Egypt Air directly via Egypt Air website or over the phone at the contact center for Egypt Air. Please note Egypt Air may levy an additional charge for these additional service requests as per regular Egypt Air policy.
10.You will receive the following when You make a booking under Flight Pass:
a.Economy Class
Baggage - In Economy Class, You will be allowed two (2) Bags as Check-In luggage (as per standard economy class baggage allowance) and one (1) bag of up to 7kg as Cabin Luggage.
b.Business Class
Baggage - In Business Class, You will be allowed two (2) Bags as Check-In luggage (as per standard business class baggage allowance) and one (1) bag of up to 7kg as Cabin Luggage.
Lounge - In Business Class, you will get access to Business Lounge.
c.Frequent Flyer mileage - You will NOT receive any frequent flyer miles/credits for the bookings under Flight Pass.
11.Bookings under Flight Pass are not eligible to be upgraded against redemption of frequent flyer miles.
12.FPo price is NON-cancellable and NON-refundable. NO refund shall be granted, even if you fail to use all your Flights.
13.FPo is only available for use by adults and children over 2 years of age. You can add infants on the booking after the booking is created by paying the appropriate fares, fees and taxes which may be levied and changed by Egypt Air from time to time. FPo price is NON-discountable for children.
14.FPo is NOT transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. The Journey entitlement under a FPo cannot be altered except as notified otherwise by Optiontown or Egypt Air.
15.Specific policies and rules, if applicable to Egypt Air, will be displayed under the FPo Terms and Conditions and would accordingly be applicable to you.
16.No portion of the total FPo price will be refunded in case of any unused Flight credits.
17.Once a FPo has been exchanged for a ticketed Flight booking, Flight tickets are NON refundable. In all circumstances, the FPo remains Non-refundable.
18.For Customers who purchase FPo through the installment option, the deposit amount is NOT refundable in the event that you decide to cancel your booking.
19.The total FPo amount paid will appear in the name of Optiontown. Customers agree that they cannot challenge or dispute a charge if the name appearing on their credit card statement is different than the one mentioned above.
20.To the extent permissible by local law or regulation, these FPo Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA. Egypt Air and each Customer submits to the NON-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA to resolve any disputes that may arise out of them.
21.If any provision of these FPo Terms are declared void or unenforceable by any competent authority or court shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severable and shall not affect the other provisions remaining which shall continue unaffected.
22.Optiontown and Egypt Air accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunctions, viruses, bugs or other such causes. Egypt Air and/or Optiontown is in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the Flight Pass.
23.Optiontown and Egypt Air reserve the right to change these FPo Terms at any time.
