How can I buy an Empty Seat Option?

Visit Optiontown.com and select the Empty Seat tab in the main menu.
Enter your booking details (airline, PNR or booking reference, passenger last name and email) to retrieve your booking. If you don't have your PNR handy, use the 'Advanced Search' to retrieve your booking with your flight details.
Select desired number of Empty Seats.
Review and make the payment to complete your Empty Seat Sign-up.
If you purchased a Confirmed Empty Seat, then the empty seat will be assigned soon after the purchase and you will receive an email confirmation.
If you purchased a Standby Empty Seat, then you will be notified before departure if the empty seat is assigned (subject to availability). In case empty seat cannot be assigned, then your Empty Seat price will be automatically refunded back to you within five days after flight departure.
